Canceling a Pending Shift Opportunity

You can cancel Consider Me requests as long as they are still pending.

  1. On the Employee Dashboard, click the pending opportunity link in the My Opportunities section. This opens the View/Select Opportunity window.
  2. Click Cancel My Request. The window closes and Clairvia Web removes the pending opportunity.

You cannot cancel approved opportunities. If you cannot work your shift opportunity, you should contact your manager immediately.
