Editing Requests
You can edit your own requests if both of the following conditions are true:
- The request has a status of Pending or Wait Listed.
- The request date is inside the active Access Schedule Period.
If your request has already been Approved or Denied, or if the request date is outside the active Access Schedule Period, you cannot edit or delete the request. You can only view the request details. Note that you cannot edit other users' requests at any time.
The only item you can edit in a request is the Note to the Scheduler. You can add a note if you had not before or edit a note you already added. If you select requests that contain different notes, the Note to Scheduler box displays the message: The selected requests have different notes attached. Click here to edit notes for all selected requests. You have two options at this point:
- Deselect one of the requests by clicking it in the Edit Request pane.
- Click in the Note to Scheduler pane, the message is cleared and you can continue entering or updating the notes. The same note is added to all your selected requests.
