The Employee Dashboard

The Dashboard is your Clairvia Web home page. It provides content based on your security level. All users have an Employee Dashboard, while managers also have an Admin Dashboard.

Depending on your application configuration, the Employee Dashboard displays one or more of the following areas.

My Schedule

The My Schedule section is your employee calendar. It displays your schedule for the current month along with the task abbreviation for all scheduled tasks. Tasks in your home profile or profiles display in black text. Tasks scheduled in another profile (also known as float outs) display in blue text. A blue border encloses the current date.

Colored circles mark days with requests.

You can click the circles to open the My Requests page and see your requests.

My Accruals (Optional)

The optional My Accruals section displays your accrual balances. Managers can also select to show the date used to compute your balances at the top of the My Accruals section. This date can be your hire date, seniority date, or an adjusted date.

Competency Expiration Alerts

A competency is any employee license or certification. The Competency Expiration Alerts section lists any competencies you have that are due to expire.

How Competency Alerts Work

Items listed in this section stay there until a manager updates the competency data in Staff Manager Client.

My Requests

The My Requests section lists your current or future requests and their status (approved, pending, wait listed, or denied). You can click a listed request to open it on the My Requests page.

My Opportunities (Optional)

The My Opportunities section is displayed only under two conditions.

If used, the My Opportunities section contains these items.

My Shift Swaps Pending Approval (Optional)

For profiles using the optional Shift Swap feature, this section lists your shift swaps pending approval. It also links to all shift swaps on the Weekly Schedule page.

The Message Center

The Message Center lists any messages sent to you through Clairvia Web. It also displays any Admin Notes from profile managers.
